You start to focus, dwelling on what you forgot so that you can identify with the problem. You start to think, did I leave the coffee pot on? Did I forget to turn off the tap? Is the stove still on, or is something unlocked? Then your mind starts to reconsider that you may have forgotten something, yet rejects it as the answer since you know it cannot be what is bothering you; you have not felt that special, inner feeling of release. At last, you discover what you forgotten and you feel another shift, which helps you to relax.
