This TOTC is a speech I promised to deliver to some of my followers/viewers/subscribers, justifying why mandatory scholastic dress codes must be phased out permanently (mainly on the grounds of cost, practicality and human rights) - I also call out the authority figures in question on their bullshit. I know I get quite angry in this video, but this is a topic I am passionate about - egalitarian education and human rights.
